Drive over Rohtang Pass and Baralacha La into Lahaul, halting at Jispa or Sarchu for the night.
Cross Gata Loops, Nakee La, Lachulung La and the Tanglang La high pass, descending into Leh town by evening.
Rest morning followed by local sightseeing — Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and the main market — to acclimatise fully to Leh's altitude.
Drive over Khardung La to the Nubra Valley, with a stop at the sand dunes in Hunder before overnighting in Nubra.
Drive from Nubra to Pangong Tso via the Shyok route, reaching the lake by afternoon for sunset and an overnight stay by the water.
Return drive from Pangong to Leh via Chang La, with the evening free in Leh for shopping and rest.
Transfer to Leh airport (or the return road journey) for departure, closing the trip.

Nine days, zero chaos. They built in a proper acclimatisation day at Leh instead of rushing to Pangong on day two like the cheaper operators do. Two people in our group still got mild AMS and the leader had oxygen on hand.

Well run and genuinely safe. The stay in Nubra was more basic than the photos suggested — clean, but do not expect a hotel. Everything else matched.
