1. Raise it with us

Start with the operator where the issue is about the trip itself. If that doesn't resolve it, or the issue is about the platform, contact our Grievance Officer.

3. Timelines

We work to the timelines the rules require.

  • Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receipt
  • Resolution within one month
  • Safety complaints are triaged immediately

4. If you're still not satisfied

You may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or file with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Data protection complaints may go to the Data Protection Board of India.
