Nine days, zero chaos. They built in a proper acclimatisation day at Leh instead of rushing to Pangong on day two like the cheaper operators do. Two people in our group still got mild AMS and the leader had oxygen on hand.

Well run and genuinely safe. The stay in Nubra was more basic than the photos suggested — clean, but do not expect a hotel. Everything else matched.
